Cultural Diversity Advisor

Job Description

As a Cultural Diversity Advisor, you will be instrumental in developing and implementing strategies that promote a culture of diversity and inclusion within our organization. You will work closely with our HR department to ensure that diversity initiatives are effectively integrated into our policies and practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead diversity assessment initiatives across the organization.
• Act as a point of contact for diversity-related queries and issues.
• Work with external partners to promote diversity initiatives.
• Develop metrics to measure the success of diversity initiatives.
• Advocate for a diverse workforce by engaging with community organizations.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in diversity efforts.
• Provide advice and support in developing inclusive practices in the workplace.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's or equivalent experience in a relevant field
• Master's degree in a related field is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role or HR management

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Certification in Diversity Management: Formal certification in diversity and inclusion management preferred.
