Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated HR Generalist to join our team in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of HR functions and will be responsible for managing various HR processes, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies for recruiting diverse talent.
  • Analyze employee feedback to enhance workforce satisfaction.
  • Assist in conflict resolution and mediation processes.
  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives.
  • Provide support for payroll and benefits queries.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Master's degree in HR Management is preferred

  • 4+ years of experience in HR roles
