HR Generalist

Job Description

We are seeking a driven HR Generalist to support our HR department in Bloemfontein. You will engage with employees across all levels to implement HR policies, enhance employee relations, and drive performance management initiatives. The successful candidate will have a solid foundation in HR practices and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee talent acquisition and onboarding processes.
• Ensure adherence to employment regulations and HR best practices.
• Organize training sessions and workshops for employee development.
• Monitor employee morale and conduct surveys.
• Lead initiatives to enhance workplace culture and engagement.
• Manage employee benefits and compensation inquiries.
• Prepare HR reports for management review.
• Advise management on HR-related issues and policies.
• Facilitate employee performance reviews.
• Help manage workplace safety and health programs.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Certification in workforce planning or employee relations is advantageous

Experience

• 3+ years of HR Generalist experience
