Job Description

Join our team as a Customer Experience Manager and take charge of enhancing our customer relations. You will be responsible for gathering customer insights, leading programs to optimize satisfaction, and working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer journey. Responsibilities

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Relevant certifications in customer experience strategies are a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years in a leadership role focused on customer engagement strategies
