Job Description

We are on the lookout for a dedicated Service Observer to join our team. You will play a pivotal role in monitoring service performance and quality, ensuring that our operations meet the highest standards. Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers to gather feedback on service delivery.
  • Implement service improvement initiatives as directed.
  • Monitor compliance with internal quality assurance protocols.
  • Document service issues and track resolutions.
  • Support the onboarding of new team members in service monitoring processes.

Requirements

Education
  • Degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience
  • At least 2 years in a similar role in customer service or telecommunications.
