Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional support to our clients. You will handle inquiries, provide solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction across multiple platforms.

Requirements

Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Communication is a plus
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role
