Responsibilities
Engage in direct negotiations to resolve workplace disagreements amicably.
Provide expert advice regarding labor laws and regulations.
Assist in investigations of complaints related to workplace discrimination or harassment.
Build and maintain strong relationships with both employers and employees.
Document the mediation process and maintain accurate records of all interactions.

Education
