Responsibilities

• Drive initiatives that support underrepresented groups in the workplace.
• Lead the coordination of diversity-related events and celebrations.
• Provide guidance on D&I issues and organizational challenges to HR and management.
• Facilitate a mentorship program aimed at supporting diverse talent.
• Review and refine recruitment processes through a diversity lens.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences or similar
• Relevant D&I training or certification is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in related D&I roles or HR management

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of effective D&I strategies
• Familiarity with compliance and equality legislation

Soft Skills

• Critical thinking
• Leadership

Languages

• English: Fluent
