Responsibilities

  • Coordinate talent acquisition efforts and sourcing strategies.
  • Implement performance management systems and provide coaching to managers.
  • Monitor compliance with employment regulations and internal policies.
  • Support management in employee relations and disciplinary actions.
  • Manage employee benefits enrollment and changes.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on HR
  • Postgraduate degree in HR or related field is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years in a generalist HR role preferred
