As an Architect in our firm, you will play a crucial role in creating inspiring spaces. Your responsibilities will include conceptualizing design solutions, presenting to clients, and working with engineers and construction teams to ensure project success.

Responsibilities

• Create innovative design solutions for residential and commercial spaces.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive project plans.
• Review and approve contractors' submissions to ensure quality and compliance.
• Stay abreast of emerging trends in architecture and sustainable design practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture
• Master's degree in Urban Design is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years in commercial architectural projects

Technical Skills

• Revit
• 3D Rendering Software

Soft Skills

• Leadership
• Negotiation

Certifications

• LEED Accredited Professional

Languages

• English: Fluent

• Proficiency in graphic design software: Understanding of design concepts and visual communication.
