• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
• Master's degree is advantageous

• Financial Management Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
• Operational Strategy Ability to develop and implement effective operational policies.
• Communication Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Problem-solving Skilled in assessing situations and developing creative solutions.
• Customer Service Dedicated to providing a high-quality guest experience.
• Certified Hotel Administrator (CHA)
• First Aid and CPR Certification
• English (Fluent)
• Afrikaans (Conversational)

• Experience with guest relationship management systems: Knowledge of systems to enhance guest engagement and loyalty.
• Understanding of sustainability practices in hospitality: Experience implementing eco-friendly operations in hotels.
