We are looking for a dynamic HR Generalist to join our Port Elizabeth team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management. Responsibilities

  • Manage the performance appraisal process to foster employee development.
  • Support leadership in change management initiatives within the organization.
  • Develop and maintain employee handbooks and policy documentation.

  • Assist in budget planning for HR activities.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
  • Postgraduate qualification is advantageous
Experience
  • 4-5 years of experience in HR management or related fields
