Job Description

We are looking for a passionate HR Generalist who will play a crucial role in our HR team, focusing on talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management. The ideal candidate will be proactive in fostering a positive workplace environment and ensuring compliance with HR policies.

Responsibilities

  • Lead talent acquisition efforts in finding top candidates.
  • Simplify HR processes to improve efficiency.
  • Foster employee relations by addressing concerns and grievances.
  • Monitor and enhance employee satisfaction through surveys.
  • Ensure proper documentation of policies and procedures.
  • Assist in developing training programs for employee development.
  • Prepare HR reports for management review.
  • Stay current with HR trends and best practices.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Postgraduate qualification in HR management is preferred
Experience
  • 4+ years of diverse HR experience including recruitment and employee relations
