We are seeking a qualified Structural Engineer to join our expanding team in Pretoria. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in structural design and a passion for project management. This role involves working on diverse construction projects, collaborating with architects and contractors to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Execute comprehensive structural assessments for existing buildings.
• Prepare technical reports and documentation for structural projects.
• Liaise with local authorities and regulatory bodies for project approvals.
• Ensure the application of best practices and sustainability measures in designs.
• Assist in the preparation of tender documentation for potential projects.
• Maintain thorough project records and documentation.
• Analyze and interpret data from tests and studies for feature development.
• Lead design reviews to foster cross-functional team engagement.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Structural Engineering or related field
• Professional Engineer (PrEng) license is highly advantageous

Experience

• 6+ years of experience in structural engineering projects
