Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Construction Site Foreman in Cape Town to oversee our construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in managing site activities, ensuring health and safety compliance, and leading a team of construction workers to achieve project milestones.

Responsibilities

• Lead site operations and manage resources effectively.
• Oversee quality control throughout the construction process.
• Ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment to the site.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and clients as needed.
• Implement safety training and protocols for site workers.
• Track project timelines and adapt plans as necessary.
• Assist in resolving disputes and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Prepare daily and weekly reports on project status.
• Facilitate communication among all site personnel.
• Promote a culture of safety and quality on site.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Construction Management or a related field
• Relevant management qualifications are a plus

Experience

• 5 years of experience in a supervisory role in construction
