Job Description

As a Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting land surveys and producing reports that are essential for infrastructure projects in Polokwane. We need someone with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Execute land surveying tasks for diverse construction and development projects.
• Consult with clients and stakeholders to identify needs and expectations.
• Interpret data from various sources to write comprehensive reports.
• Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) tools for creating survey layouts.
• Keep up to date with advancements in surveying technology.
• Provide guidance in legal and zoning frameworks affecting surveying.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Surveying or related field

Experience

• 2+ years of relevant experience in land surveying.

Technical Skills

• Total Station operation
• Drafting skills

Soft Skills

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with land development projects: Having a background in land development enhances project insight.
