Job Description

We are looking for a Learning and Development Specialist to lead the development and implementation of training programs to enhance employee skills across various departments. You will create learning strategies, identify training needs, and facilitate training sessions that engage participants.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive training programs to meet organizational needs.
• Conduct training needs assessments to identify gaps in skills and knowledge.
• Design engaging learning materials and resources for various training modalities.
• Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and seminars both online and in-person.
• Evaluate and measure the impact of training on employee performance.
• Collaborate with department heads to ensure training aligns with business objectives.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
• Provide coaching and support to employees in their career development.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• A qualification in Adult Education or a related field is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a similar position
