Job Description

As a Customer Success Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring our clients achieve their desired outcomes while using our products. The ideal candidate should excel at building relationships and have a keen understanding of customer needs. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
  • Ensure client onboarding is smooth and effective.
  • Engage in proactive outreach to assess customer satisfaction.
  • Assist customers in making the most of our products.
  • Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Work closely with the product team to relay customer feedback.
  • Conduct training sessions for clients to enhance product usage.
  • Create and maintain up-to-date documentation of customer interactions.
  • Prepare reports on customer engagement and satisfaction levels.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Master's degree in a relevant field is an advantage
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in customer success or account management
Technical Skills
  • CRM software proficiency

Languages
  • English: Fluent

Advantageous

  • Experience in SaaS environments: Familiarity and hands-on experience in Software as a Service (SaaS) settings.
