Seeking an enthusiastic Customer Support Representative to assist our clientele in East London. In this role, you will leverage your communication skills to address customer concerns and provide solutions. Your ability to empathize with customers and provide timely responses is key to our success.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional service to customers, ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Manage multiple customer interactions while maintaining quality.

  • Assist with administrative tasks related to customer service.

Requirements

Education
  • Matriculation certificate or equivalent
  • Diploma or degree in Business Management or related field is preferred
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in a call center or customer service environment
Technical Skills
  • Strong computer skills
  • Knowledge of CRM systems

Languages
  • English: Fluent
  • Xhosa: Basic
