Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Woodworking Machine Setter to join our production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and tending a variety of woodworking machines while ensuring that production runs smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Set up machinery according to production requirements.
• Conduct quality checks and inspections throughout the workflow.
• Communicate with the production team to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area.
• Handle raw materials and finished products safely and efficiently.
• Assist in packing and preparing products for shipment.
• Provide feedback for process improvements and safety enhancements.
• Remain adaptable to varying tasks and project demands.
• Contribute to team meetings and offer input on new projects.
• Oversee the training of less experienced staff.

Requirements

Education

• Technical Diploma in Carpentry or related field
• Further training in CNC operation is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in woodworking machine operation

• CNC Programming

Certifications

• Forklift Operating License

Languages

• English: Fluent
