Job Description

Responsibilities

Requirements

Education
  • diploma in IT or relevant field
Experience
  • 1+ years of experience in customer-facing roles

Certifications
  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals
  • Certified Help Desk Professional (CHDP)
