Responsibilities

  • Advocate for clients internally while ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track client interactions and manage account pipelines.
  • Facilitate onboarding processes for new clients and ensure a smooth transition.
  • Conduct needs assessments to tailor solutions for clients.
  • Stay updated on industry trends to provide relevant insights to clients.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related discipline
  • Postgraduate qualifications preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in customer service or managerial roles
