Job Description

As a Retail Manager, you will oversee daily operations in our Port Elizabeth store. You’ll manage a team, drive sales performance, and create a welcoming shopping environment. The ideal candidate will bring leadership skills and a passion for retail to help us achieve our business goals.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage retail staff on the sales floor.
• Ensure excellent customer experiences through effective service.
• Set and monitor KPI targets for staff and sales.
• Conduct regular sales training sessions.
• Participate in community outreach to promote the store.
• Assess and enhance store performance metrics regularly.
• Foster a team-oriented environment to drive results.
• Participate in budgeting and financial planning.
• Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Bachelor's degree in Retail Management is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of management experience in retail or related field
