Responsibilities

• Oversee the implementation of healthcare policies and regulations.
• Coordinate scheduling and workflow for healthcare services.
• Provide leadership in crisis situations to ensure patient safety.
• Work alongside IT to enhance healthcare information systems.
• Facilitate meetings and training sessions for staff development.
• Implement patient care initiatives to improve health outcomes.
• Manage budgets and allocate resources efficiently.
• Prepare grant proposals and funding applications when necessary.
• Evaluate patient feedback and implement improvements.
• Monitor compliance with patient safety standards and protocols.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Master's degree is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in healthcare management
