Your role will involve managing all event logistics, from venue selection and vendor management to budget oversight. Responsibilities

• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to facilitate event logistics.
• Prepare event timelines and ensure adherence to deadlines.
• Conduct post-event evaluations to measure effectiveness and client satisfaction.
• Monitor event budgets to ensure projects stay within financial limits.
• Utilize social media and marketing tools to promote events.
• Contribute to the development of event themes and concepts.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Assist in the recruitment and training of event staff.
• Maintain event-related documentation and reports.
• Manage RSVP and guest list communications.

Requirements

Education

• Tertiary qualification in a relevant field

Experience

• 5+ years of event planning experience

Languages

• English: Fluent
