Job Description

As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for the recruitment process, managing employee performance, and developing HR policies that align with our business objectives. We are looking for an innovative problem solver with a passion for human resources.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and direct the HR team in executing essential functions.
  • Design and update HR policies and procedures.
  • Administer compensation and benefits programs.
  • Prepare and maintain employee records and HR systems.
  • Coordinate health and wellness programs for employees.
  • Promote diversity and inclusion within the workplace.
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover data.
  • Foster a positive workplace culture through engagement activities.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and labor legislation.
  • Develop succession plans for key roles within the organization.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
  • Master's degree is a plus
