Responsibilities

  • Draft compelling job descriptions to attract the right candidates.
  • Coordinate hiring events and job fairs to enhance recruitment efforts.
  • Assist in developing recruitment strategies to improve hiring processes.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Review applicant tracking system data to improve recruitment efficiency.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • Master's degree is preferred
Experience
  • 4+ years of experience in recruitment
