Join our dynamic team as an Employee Training Specialist and play a pivotal role in developing training materials and workshops. You will collaborate closely with department heads to assess training needs and deliver impactful learning experiences.
Responsibilities
Conduct training needs analysis to align programs with company goals.
Create and maintain training documentation and records.
Lead training sessions and monitor participation and effectiveness.
Work with external vendors to source training materials when necessary.
Provide coaching and support to employees for on-the-job training.
Develop metrics to measure the impact of training on performance.
Promote the value of continuous learning to all employees.
Assist in mentoring junior team members in the Learning and Development department.
Partner with IT and other departments to integrate technology into training solutions.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Education, HR, or Organizational Development
Master's degree in a related field is preferred
Experience
5+ years of experience in designing training programs
