Job Description

We are searching for an HR Generalist who is passionate about fostering a positive workplace culture. In this role, you will manage various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management. The ideal candidate should have excellent interpersonal skills and a deep understanding of HR practices.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee talent acquisition and recruitment strategies.
  • Coordinate training and professional development programs.
  • Advise managers on HR policies and procedures.
  • Manage employee performance appraisal processes.
  • Implement and monitor compliance with labor regulations.
  • Analyze employee feedback to enhance workplace culture.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive HR information.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in HR or related field
