You will be responsible for identifying top talent, managing the recruitment process, and building strong relationships with clients. This role requires a proactive approach and excellent communication skills as you navigate the dynamic recruitment landscape.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
  • Conduct thorough candidate assessments and evaluations.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job specifications and hiring criteria.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience through regular communication and feedback.
  • Track recruitment metrics and analyse data for continuous improvement.
  • Assist in onboarding new hires and ensure smooth transitions.
  • Maintain a strong employer brand in the job market.
  • Utilize social media and professional networking sites to reach potential candidates.
  • Provide training and support to junior recruitment staff.

Advantageous
