Job Description

We are on the lookout for an HR Manager who will take charge of our human resources department in Port Elizabeth. The ideal candidate will oversee recruitment processes, manage employee relations, and ensure the implementation of HR policies tailored to our organizational culture. You’ll play a key role in driving employee engagement and fostering a respectful workplace.

Responsibilities

  • Formulate HR policies that comply with legal standards.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand HR needs.
  • Drive initiatives for diversity and inclusion within the workplace.
  • Monitor and report on employee satisfaction.
  • Handle disciplinary processes and ensure fair practices.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
  • Master's degree preferred

  • 5+ years in HR management with proven track record
