Job Description

As an HR Generalist, you will play a key role in managing various HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of HR practices and a passion for fostering a positive workplace environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the talent acquisition strategy to attract top talent.
  • Develop performance management frameworks aligned with business goals.
  • Manage the onboarding process to ensure a smooth integration for new hires.
  • Facilitate employee training and professional development programs.
  • Address employee grievances in a fair and timely manner.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and labor laws.
  • Maintain accurate HR documentation and employee files.
  • Assist in planning and execution of employee engagement activities.
  • Support the HR Manager in workforce planning and organizational development.
  • Provide guidance to management on HR best practices.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Master's degree in HR or related field is a strong advantage
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in human resources
