We are seeking a driven Recruitment Consultant to join our Pretoria-based team. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing candidates across various industries, ensuring a great fit for both clients and candidates. This role requires a proactive approach to recruitment and a passion for connecting talent with opportunity.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize recruitment tools and software to manage candidate information.
  • Provide market insights and advice to clients regarding hiring trends.
  • Organize and participate in recruitment fairs and networking events.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the recruitment database.
  • Evaluate and continually improve the recruitment process for efficiency.

Requirements

Education
  • Higher Education Degree in HR or related field is desirable
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition
