Job Description

We are seeking an experienced E-commerce Specialist to join our dynamic team in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of online retail strategies, digital marketing, and customer engagement techniques. You will be responsible for driving online sales and improving the overall shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Execute online marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC, and email marketing.
• Coordinate with vendors and partners to maximize e-commerce potential.
• Generate regular reports on e-commerce performance metrics and insights.
• Identify and resolve customer service issues related to online transactions.
• Develop strategies for customer engagement and retention.
• Implement A/B testing on product pages and marketing emails to optimize results.
• Lead product launches and promotional campaigns, coordinating cross-functional teams.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• A certificate in E-commerce or digital marketing is an advantage

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in E-commerce or a similar role
