Job Description

As a Gas Appliance Servicer, you will be responsible for installing, inspecting, repairing, and maintaining gas appliances, ensuring their safety and efficiency. Your expertise will ensure that our customers receive reliable service and support for their gas appliances.

Responsibilities

• Conduct safety inspections and repair faulty gas appliances.
• Provide outstanding customer service and technical support.
• Ensure compliance with local gas safety regulations.
• Document all service calls and repairs performed.
• Participate in regular training and continuous professional development.
• Work independently and as part of a team to meet service level agreements.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant technical qualification in gas appliance servicing
• Additional certification in related fields (e.g. electrical, plumbing)

Experience

• Proven track record of excellent customer service and satisfaction.
