Job Description

Join our team as a Customer Success Manager, where you will focus on improving client satisfaction and engagement. You will be responsible for understanding client needs, ensuring they receive the best support, and identifying opportunities for upselling and expansion. The ideal candidate should possess strong relationship-building skills and a commitment to client success.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.
  • Develop customized success plans for each client based on their unique goals.
  • Monitor client usage and engagement with our products to ensure maximum utilization.
  • Foster strong relationships and trust with clients through effective communication.
  • Identify trends in client feedback and suggest actionable improvements.
  • Regularly update internal stakeholders on client statuses and project progress.
  • Facilitate client training sessions and workshops.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions in our CRM system.
  • Ensure that all contractual obligations are met and understood by clients.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • MBA preferred
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in tech or software
