Responsibilities

• Implement and lead projects aimed at process enhancement.
• Ensure all processes adhere to industry and safety regulations.
• Assist in the training and development of junior engineers and technicians.
• Monitor production metrics and suggest necessary adjustments.
• Engage with suppliers to source quality materials and chemicals.
• Analyze and interpret data related to production rates and quality.
• Participate in R&D initiatives to innovate new chemical solutions.
• Document processes and maintain compliance records.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering
• Master's degree in a science-related field is an advantage

• 3+ years of chemical process experience
