We are seeking a dedicated Production Supervisor in Cape Town to manage daily operations and lead our team to achieve production goals. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in manufacturing, demonstrating strong leadership skills and a keen eye for efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Supervise production line operations and direct shift teams.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering or related field
• Bachelor's degree preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, with supervisory experience preferred
