Job Description

We invite applications for the position of Corporate Lawyer to provide critical legal support and advice in corporate transactions. This role requires expertise in corporate law, and a track record in negotiating and drafting complex contracts.

Responsibilities

• Lead negotiations in corporate transactions.
• Ensure that all corporate activities comply with local laws and regulations.
• Advise on intellectual property rights and issues.
• Create legal reports and summaries for management.
• Develop and implement corporate governance policies.
• Monitor legal trends and assess their impact on the business.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor of Laws (LLB) or equivalent
• Master's degree will be advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of relevant experience in corporate legal practice

Languages

• English: Fluent
