We are seeking a Commercial Contract Manager based in Pretoria who will be responsible for the overall management of contracts. This role is critical for ensuring compliance and driving business success through strategic contract negotiations.
Responsibilities
Lead negotiations for complex contracts, optimising terms for the company.
Conduct risk assessments and ensure appropriate insurance is maintained.
Evaluate contract performance and suggest improvements.
Collaborate with auditors to facilitate contract reviews and compliance checks.
Prepare comprehensive contract documentation for internal approval processes.
Advise business units on contract interpretation and execution.
Monitor contractor performance metrics and suggest corrective actions.
Develop strategies for continuous improvement in contract management processes.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Law or Business Management
MBA or similar qualification is a plus

5+ years of experience in a similar role within a corporate environment
