With a focus on building strong relationships with both clients and candidates, you will ensure a smooth recruitment process from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Engage with potential candidates through networking events and social platforms.
• Facilitate the interview process, including scheduling and conducting interviews.
• Provide detailed reports on recruitment metrics to management.
• Develop a strong understanding of clients’ business and staffing needs.
• Support diversity and inclusion initiatives in the recruitment process.
• Conduct reference checks and background verification for potential hires.
• Contribute to the development of recruitment strategies and processes.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma or certification in Human Resources or Recruitment

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in a recruitment agency setting
