Job Description

We are seeking an HR Generalist with a strong background in employee relations, compliance, and talent acquisition. In this role, you will be pivotal in implementing HR strategies that support our business goals while nurturing a productive and engaging workplace.

Responsibilities

  • Execute recruitment and hiring processes to attract top talent.
  • Provide guidance on disciplinary actions and performance management.
  • Organize and oversee training and development programs.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies.
  • Manage employee benefits programs and payroll inquiries.
  • Enhance communication between staff and management.
  • Conduct employee surveys to gauge morale and satisfaction.
  • Support diversity and inclusion initiatives within the organization.
  • Assist in the development and execution of HR policies.
  • Promote a positive and safe work environment.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management
  • Master's degree is preferred

  • 5+ years of experience in HR functions
