Join our dynamic team as a Learning and Development Specialist, where you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the skills of our workforce through innovative training solutions. You will assess the learning needs of staff and develop strategic training plans designed to foster personal and professional growth within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement onboarding programs for new employees.
• Work with external vendors and consultants to deliver specialized training modules.
• Develop and maintain a library of training resources for employee access.
• Advise on performance and development related policies and initiatives.
• Promote training programs to employees and encourage participation.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development or similar area
• PhD is an added advantage

Experience

• 5+ years in a Learning and Development role

Technical Skills

• Learning Management Systems (LMS)
• Coaching

Certifications

• Instructional Design Certificate
• Leadership Development Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of HR analytics: Ability to analyze employee data to determine training needs.
