Job Description

We are seeking a proactive HR Manager to oversee all aspects of our human resources functions in Port Elizabeth. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in HR practices, ensuring compliance with labor regulations while nurturing a healthy workplace culture. You will be responsible for developing HR strategies aligned with business goals, enhancing employee engagement, and driving organizational change.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and enforcement of HR policies and procedures.
  • Manage compensation and benefits administration.
  • Coordinate training and professional development programs.
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover data.
  • Collaborate with management on workforce planning and talent management.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
  • Master’s degree is advantageous

  • 5+ years of HR management experience
