The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing electrical systems, ensuring compliance with safety standards. Responsibilities

• Oversee project timelines and budgets to ensure efficient delivery.
• Implement energy-efficient practices in all electrical designs.
• Train junior engineers and interns on industry standards and practices.
• Evaluate and recommend upgrades to existing electrical systems.
• Work with clients to understand project needs and expectations.
• Assist in preparing technical proposals for new projects.
• Document all project phases, from design through completion, for quality assurance.
• Provide technical support during installation and commissioning phases.
• Engage in continuous professional development to enhance skills.
• Facilitate construction and development meetings to optimize project outcomes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Professional Engineering (PrEng) qualification is advantageous

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in electrical engineering roles
