Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Specialist to join our Durban team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring excellent service and quick resolution of inquiries. You will be responsible for managing customer interactions and providing solutions to enhance client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers in understanding product features and benefits.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
  • Track and analyze metrics related to customer interactions.
  • Provide feedback to the management team regarding customer needs.
  • Stay updated on product developments and industry trends.

Requirements

Education
  • Matriculation Certificate or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree in Communication or a relevant field is preferred
Experience
  • 2+ years in a customer support or related role
