Job Description

We are looking for a Call Worker to join our vibrant team. The Call Worker will play a crucial role in handling both incoming and outgoing calls, providing customer support, and ensuring a seamless experience for our customers. Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls efficiently, providing superior customer service.
  • Assist customers by answering questions and resolving issues promptly.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services to customers.
  • Train and mentor new staff on call handling and customer service practices.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and customer service trends.
  • Monitor and achieve individual and team performance metrics consistently.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss performance and share best practices.
  • Support the implementation of customer feedback initiatives.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Certificate in Customer Service or Communication is advantageous
Experience
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a call center environment is preferred.
