Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Account Manager to join our team in Centurion. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring satisfaction, and driving the successful delivery of our services. You’ll work closely with the sales and marketing teams to implement strategic initiatives and ensure we exceed client expectations.

Responsibilities

  • Develop robust client relationships to drive loyalty and retention.
  • Manage the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition.
  • Ensure all client communications are timely and effective.
  • Collaborate with product teams to shape services based on client feedback.
  • Prepare and deliver strategic account reviews with clients.
  • Analyze account performance metrics and suggest improvements.
  • Lead client-facing meetings and present data-driven insights.
  • Create and implement account plans that align with company objectives.
  • Stay informed of competitors’ services and market trends.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Communications
  • MBA is a plus

  • 4+ years in account management with proven results
