Responsibilities

  • Coordinate recruitment activities and manage job boards.
  • Implement induction programs for new hires.
  • Foster a positive work environment through employee engagement.
  • Ensure adherence to labor regulations and HR best practices.
  • Support learning and development strategies for staff.
  • Track and maintain employee databases for accuracy.
  • Provide HR guidance to management and employees.
  • Monitor employee performance and assist in evaluations.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Master's degree in HR or Business Management is advantageous
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in HR management
