Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Diversity and Inclusion Officer to champion our commitment to creating a more diverse and equitable workplace. The right candidate will implement policies, drive initiatives, and develop programs aimed at fostering inclusivity across all levels of our organization.

Responsibilities

  • Lead diversity and inclusion programs, ensuring they meet organizational objectives.
  • Create actionable equity plans and guide implementation across departments.
  • Analyze diversity data and present findings to management.
  • Coordinate community outreach and involvement initiatives.
  • Drive awareness campaigns to highlight the importance of diversity.
  • Collaborate with training teams to integrate diversity principles into ongoing training.
  • Influence policy changes that support a diverse workforce.
  • Encourage open dialogue about diversity issues within the organization.
  • Facilitate mentorship programs for underrepresented groups.
  • Support leadership in creating a culture of belonging.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Social Sciences, or a related field
  • Master's degree is an advantage
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in diversity and inclusion roles or HR
